Do I need to add say something very mean to a person, perhaps not, you might get more than a facial expression, possibly even a punch in the face.

Nature is different, go cutting all the trees down and emitting all kinds of harmful gases in the atmosphere, she is silent. Go kicking wildlife out of their homes, still silent. She will be even silent when you flatten a mountain using a nuclear weapon, if that sounds like a plan. Then one day, everything changes… nature goes active and sooner or later bottom line is usually her way.
That is her visage and mode of operation, not immediate but certain.

We are better of nice to her, the sweet response is as well certain.
