Women greatest achievement are in the area of family then profession. Simply women are first relational then occupational, while men are occupational then relational.

When a man is not doing well professionally or financially, he finds no consolation in his marital status.

A relational person is submitting or under the leadership of an occupational person. It doesn't matter what the woman do or believes, their marriage will be led by the man's idea or understanding of marriage.
