Products of broken homes struggle with identity crisis which affects their character and values. They also carry with them broken emotions, anger and fear of rejection.
These negative feelings affect their ability to bond with other people. They therefore start seeking attention from strangers.

If it's a woman, she cannot successfully bond in a monogamous sexual relationship. She jumps from one man to the other because she needs more attention.
In any event that her current man is showing signs of dumping her, she will get into self_destruction mode. Eg: attempting suicide, writing suicidal posts online, etc. This is an attempt to resist abandonment.

If it's a man, he will keep absorbed into himself while locking himself in the house. This affects his ability to be productive or successfully bond with women. He does not find satisfaction in anything but self-destruction activities.
