One of the greatest relationships in life is food. Food is often used to soothe but is also a major source of nutrition. Different types of food play different roles in the body. One role is the ability to gain pleasure. Different foods affect our test buds differently.
The impact of food has been identified as a cause of comfort as well as diseases. The role of food although necessary has been abused by taking things in excess. The ability to choose adequate measures is often associated with self-discipline and mental well-being.
As we mix the herds found in nature we tend to find new tastes and associate them with feelings and love.
just as love plays a role in the development of an individual so does food. If a child is taught that food is associated with comfort. This leads to a dependent on food to feel. Leading to food addiction and lifestyle diseases. This relationship can therefore be beneficial or dangerous.
It is, therefore, necessary to create a healthy association with food to gain its nutritional value.
