A MEMORABLE SPECIAL SUNDAY

This was, is and will always be a special day to me and mine.
I mean my family people and parents.
The day was smart, coloured with tears and sorrow. Not cries of loss or fear but those of happiness, joy and thanks together with love and peace. Our dad at 70 was a great deal and we had to celebrate that in style, tributes of love from his little grandchildren that left us shedding tears and cutting of the cake that manifested all the happiness in that house were all the day's happenings.
That feeling of unconditional affection from his children, left him drying tears on his cheeks, the lion of the house cried for the first time after imagining the intensity of the words each one of us passed to him. Maybe he had lived all his life thinking we never loved him because of his harshness, but after we grew up we could understand it was a way of moulding us into sensible and responsible citizens we are today, and we had to let him know that that what makes the difference between us and others.
That made me feel that it makes all the difference to tell someone sweet words while still alive that writing long paragraphs with endless papers trying to show him how wonderful he was while sleeping in grave, it would be better enjoying moments with them while alive and gain blessings than coming from far and wide to wish him a RIP...
It makes no sense.
