What you will be doing.
- Drafting, writing, editing, selecting article images and proofreading text.
- Reseacrhing relevant content to write about.
- Liaising with agents, editors and other publishing professionals.
- Working with designers, photographers and marketing experts.
- Contributing to publicity work, such as using social media to announce article launches and engage with readers and attending promotional events.
- Researching and developing contacts.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts.
What you need to succeed in this role.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are self organized.
- You have good research skills.
- You can manage money.
- The ability to agree and meet a brief.
- You great understanding of narrative and structure.
- You can use feedback to improve.
- You pay attention to detail.
Qualifications.
- You have writen and published articals before.
- Your have English professional working proficiency.
