Kahawa Sukari Estate
Among many estates I know, today am writing about my neighborhood. Kahawa sukari is a beautiful estate located a few kilometres from Nairobi city in Kenya along Thika Super Highway and accessible from Mombasa road via the Eastern Bypass.

At the entrance of the estate you are welcomed by a business center where all kind of services are offered. To name a few; there is a petrol station, garage, supermarkets, gym center, restaurants, grocery kiosks, pharmacy, hospital etc.In kahawa sukari your wellness and good hygiene goals are achievable.
It is strategically placed as it is directly opposite Kenyatta University(KU).On the other hand there is kahawa Military Barracks which brings in the sense of tight security being one of the first aspect to consider when settling for a good home.
The estate is connected through by tarmacked roads which are well renovated, the streets are properly illuminated making it more safe at all times.Electricity and running water are available, there are professional technicians in case of any defect.
The houses are affordable and available at different categories. There are 2 bedrooms ranging from about 20,000, 1 bedroom 16,000 and studio bedsitter from 10,000.
Social emenities makes the estate more favourable; there are schools, police post, recreational centers and churches all located inside the estate. The residents have planted trees and flowers making the environment more conducive which shows they are environmentally conscious.
Togetherness between everyone makes the estate hospitable, calm, environmental friendly and a place to call home for everyone.
