It is okay if you do not have the words right now to express what you feel. It is okay if you do not even know what it is you're feeling. It is okay if you don't know where to begin. Sometimes you don't even know if a chapter in your life has ended.
It's okay if you're not sure about your future. Not sure about what you really want. It is okay if you suddenly fell out of love with someone especially if you did not want that to happen but it did. It is okay to have mixed feelings. You feel like crying and at the same time you feel like you want to laugh.
It's okay to wish you can go back and make all the bad things right. It is okay to work on yourself. To take as much time as you need until you feel comfortable. It is okay to find new homes and new people. To find what you love in new places. This is your life it's okay to do what you love most. Trust in yourself, love what you do eg; work and everything is going to be okay.
