How to build a healthy relationship with your goals
They say a ship without a captain will most likely sink, crash or end up in an unexpected place. Setting up some goals is more or less being the captain of your life. Below are a few points that well help you keep in sync and take control of your goals.

#1 Write them down.
#2 Break them down into parts you can accomplish daily or weekly.
#3 Review your progress weekly or biweekly.
#4 Reward yourself for every worthwhile progress you make.
#5 Keep yourself accountable and punish yourself for when you fail to do stuff right.
#6 Keep them dynamic, if something has changed and the goals need to change, adjust them accordingly.
#7 Have a goals mate, someone you can review progress with and learn from each other.
