Happiness is a state of mind and the feeling expressed when things are going great.
Everyone desires to be happy in life. For one to be happy, they should always think about solutions to their problems/ challenges.
Whatever good or bad happened in your past, shouldn't bother your present. Learn to live today with more happiness than yesterday, and forget about all the bad things that happened.
Always learn to find every goodness in a situation you face, and accept things the way they are. Whenever you feel low or depressed, never hesitate to go to those around you to find happiness but be aware of those negative ones that may pull you backwards or even steal all your happiness.
Happiness is not about your job, relationship or even your family. It is never being like the others. Happiness is all about the discovery, the hope, the listening to your heart and following it. Happiness is all about being kind to yourself. Always embrace the person you're becoming. Happiness is always about you.
