The tree glistening with perfectly hung lights and a fire crackling as the kids play with new toys. All new outfits specifically for the big day. Sounds interesting.

The Christmas season becomes flooded with anything but joy as we race to find the perfect gift and open our homes to family, in-laws, and friends. Unfortunately this time round it seems different, everyone will be indoors not sure if to let anyone inside the hood because of the fear of contracting the spreading omicron virus.
For those who never enjoyed these festivities like me I’m sure they can’t feel any difference. Maybe the universe wants us to know we can have fun without a lot of celebrations.
